Frequently Asked Questions
It’s my first time visiting, what should I expect?
Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before your first scheduled appointment in order to complete our intake and consent forms. Next, You will also meet with one of our specialists so that we can get to know you better. Finally, you can take a look around the spa, and learn how we can help you on your wellness journey!
What are your hours of operation?
We are open everyday! Our hours Monday-Friday are 9 am-6 pm. Additionally, Saturday and Sunday we are open 10 am-3 pm.
Do I need a membership to book an appointment at Uptown Wellness?
No! A membership is not required to visit Uptown Wellness + Aesthetics. Additionally, any of our services can be purchased a la carte. Finally, We also offer discounts on packages!
How do I schedule an appointment?
You are able to schedule appointments through the Mindbody App. Moreover, we are also available to schedule you over the phone, via email, or in person.
What do I wear?
Please dress comfortably. Jeans/belts do interfere with some of our services. Towels and robes are provided upon arrival if desired.
Do you offer free consultations?
Yes! Schedule a complimentary consultation to chat about what’s best for you. Additionally, get more details on what we have to offer, or just to take a look around the spa!
Do you take insurance/FSA/HSA?
We do not accept insurance at this time. However, we are partnered with Cherry who can provide payment plan assistance. Moreover, this will be a soft credit check and will not affect your credit score.
What are considered packages at Uptown Wellness + Aesthetics?
Packages are considered any group of 5 or more of the same service. Additionally, we offer discounts with the purchase of a package of your choice!
Is there a membership commitment?
There is a 3-month commitment when signing up for a membership.
Where are you located on Magazine Street?
We are located at 4712 Magazine Street between Valence and Bordeaux Streets. Furthermore, street parking is typically available on Magazine Street and/or on these side streets.
