It’s my first time visiting, what should I expect?

Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before your first scheduled appointment so you have enough time to complete our intake and consent forms. Additionally, you will meet with one of our specialists to help us get to know you better. Lastly, you can explore the spa, and discuss how we can support you on your wellness journey.

How do I schedule an appointment?

You can schedule appointments conveniently through the Mindbody App. Additionally, we are happy to assist you with scheduling over the phone, via email, or in person.

What are considered packages at Uptown Wellness + Aesthetics?

Packages include any group of 5 or more of the same service. Plus, we offer exclusive discounts when you purchase a package of your choice!

What do I wear?

Please dress comfortably, as jeans and belts may interfere with some of our services. Moreover, towels and robes will be provided upon arrival for your convenience.

Do you offer free consultations?

Yes! You can schedule a complimentary consultation to discuss what’s best for you. Moreover, you can learn more about our offerings, or simply take a tour of the spa.

Do you take insurance/FSA/HSA?

We do not accept insurance at this time. However, we have partnered with Cherry to offer flexible payment plan options. This involves a soft credit check, which will not impact your credit score.

Is there a membership commitment?

There is a 3-month commitment when signing up for a membership.

Is there a doctor in the spa?

We have a great medical director that completes all medical clearances and answers any questions you may have.

What are the staff’s credentials?

Our staff is made up of highly trained registered nurses, estheticians, and client specialists.

How do your memberships work?

All memberships require a 3-month commitment, after which they transition to a month-to-month plan. Additionally, If you wish to cancel after the initial period, a 30-day written cancellation notice is required.

How often should I receive IV therapy?

We recommend 1 or 2 times a month to receive max benefits from IV therapy.

Do I need to wear or do anything special for my visit?

Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable; however, be sure to wear closed-toe shoes with socks for cryotherapy. Additionally, for IV treatments, we recommend drinking at least 8 ounces of water before your appointment. This helps ensure your body stays well-hydrated, which can, in turn, enhance the effectiveness of your treatment.

Are the treatments offered safe?

They are generally safe for most clients. However, it is important to note that certain factors such as medical history, underlying health conditions and medications can affect the suitability and safety of specific treatments. Finally, It is crucial our clients provide accurate and detailed information about their health during the consultation process to ensure the appropriate treatments are chosen.

How often should I visit for optimal results?

The optimal frequency of visits for each modality can vary depending on the specific treatment, desired results, and individual factors. Therefore, this will be discussed in detail at the client’s first initial visit.

Do you require deposits for appointments?

No, payment is due at the time of treatment.

How long do I have to cancel or reschedule my appointment?

We ask that you provide a 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Therefore, we can accommodate other clients who may be on a waiting list and make necessary schedule adjustments.

Do you offer specials of any kind?

It is recommended that you check with your spa for information on their current promotions and specials for various services.

How early should I arrive for my appointment?

It is advisable to arrive at least 15 minutes early to allow enough time to complete any necessary paperwork.
