All memberships require a 3-month commitment, after which they transition to a month-to-month plan. Additionally, If you wish to cancel after the initial period, a 30-day written cancellation notice is required.
We recommend 1 or 2 times a month to receive max benefits from IV therapy.
Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable; however, be sure to wear closed-toe shoes with socks for cryotherapy. Additionally, for IV treatments, we recommend drinking at least 8 ounces of water before your appointment. The optimal frequency of visits for each modality can vary depending on the specific treatment, desired results, and individual factors. Therefore, this will be discussed in detail at the client’s first initial visit.
No, payment is due at the time of treatment.
We ask that you provide a 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Therefore, we can accommodate other clients who may be on a waiting list and make necessary schedule adjustments.
